I am a chartered psychologist, registered counsellor and psychotherapist and accredited coach and supervisor with more than 35 years of professional experience. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work with clients who want to make a difference in their and others’ lives.
I am currently the chair of the BPS Coaching Psychology Partnership and Accreditation Committee and was the Programme Director for the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London between 2018 and 2023.
My passion for therapy, coaching, supervision, and personal development is contagious, and I love challenging and supporting people to think, learn and grow, becoming the best versions of themselves. With a background in arts, I bring a creative approach to my practice helping clients to think out of the box, connect to their emotions and embrace change.
If you want to learn more about my services, please get in touch and book your first session.
No individual is the same, so I treat each client on their unique terms and ensure we develop a working plan that makes sense to them. To do this, I take a personalised, integrative approach, incorporating methods that best match the specific situation. These include Third Wave CBT, Person Centred Therapy and Coaching, Solution-Focused Brief Interventions and Creative Therapy, Coaching and Supervision, using free drawing, sand tray, body work, journaling, music, visualisations, and more.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how psychotherapy, coaching psychology and supervision work or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. That enables me to discuss why you are considering using my services, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right professional to help.
I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have before arranging an initial appointment.
Face-to-face sessions
I see clients face to face in Central London and my consulting room is located between London Bridge and Borough underground, at Relational Spaces. I also see clients online.
Online sessions
Many people prefer to engage in sessions from the comfort of their home or office. This is an effective option and allow us to work independently of your geographical location.
We begin our journey by understanding your life and/or work circumstances. This precedes delving into the particular challenges or aspirations that have led you to seek assistance. You will have the time and space to share your thoughts and emotions, free from criticism. Once I understand you and your situation, we will create a personalised plan supporting you moving forward.
Contact me for session rate. Students and concessionary rates offered depending on availability.
Fees are paid by bank transfer 24 hours before each session. Missed appointments or cancelled appointments, with less than 48-hour notice, are payable in full.
