I provide services to adults, delivering both brief counselling and long-term psychotherapy. I aim to support your personal development, facilitate transformative changes, and nurture holistic healing. My practice is characterised by an integrative approach, allowing me to blend different therapeutic methods to customise therapy according to your distinct and individual requirements.
I usually work with individuals experiencing difficulties in life and experiencing anxiety, stress, or mild depression. My counselling and psychotherapy provide support, care, and compassion and help you build effective coping strategies, allowing you to feel more confident and content as you advance.
Coaching psychology focuses on identifying and working towards specific goals. I use psychological theories and principles to help clients to understand themselves and their life choices, recognise their values and what truly motivates them, improve their focus and productivity, set achievable and meaningful goals, improve their relationships, career, health, and family life, or create more work-life balance.
My dual training also allows me to use an approach that integrates counselling and coaching psychology –therapeutic coaching. As a BACP registered therapeutic coach, I work collaboratively with clients to deliver a bespoke package of support attuned to their needs.
Therapeutic coaching is solution-focused and help clients to find answers that are right for them, while providing the benefits of therapy.
As an experienced coaching psychology supervisor registered on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS), I am happy to discuss your supervision needs and find the best ways to support your development and wellbeing as a coach. My supervision is coach-centred, and I am particularly interested in offering a supportive and confidential space that contributes to your professional development, self-care and ethical practice.
These sessions benefit your professional development, count for your accreditation as a BPS Coaching Psychologist, and meet EMCC and ICF requirements. They help new coaches to grow and establish their practice, and established coaches to maintain professional standards and expand their frontiers.

As an MHFA accredited instructor, I offer face to face and online MHFAider® training.
Developed in Australia in 2000 and now internationally recognised in 25 countries, MHFA is an educational course which teaches people to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, provide help on a first aid basis and effectively guide someone towards the right support. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health, and to become a MHFAider®.
The training can be delivered in two full days or four half-day sessions, both face to face or online. We offer this training for public, coaches and organisations.
